Since January, 2007 we have been providing the web site monitoring services with the use of our own system siteMONITOR. The aim of the system is to constantly monitor certain web site attributes, to collect and give access to data in the user’s panel and to send alert messages (e-mail, SMS, internet communicator e.g. Gadu-Gadu) when defined situations occur.
AvailabilityThree independent servers situated in different data centres check if the Customer’s web site works. In the case of any break-down an immediate notification about it is sent. A full record of events is available in the customer’s panel in the form of tables and diagrams. This service makes it possible to verify the quality of hosting services (SLA). But first of all it gives the
certainty that the service administrator will be the one to learn first about the break-down.
Position Every morning siteMONITOR checks the Customer’s web site position in Google.pl, Onet.pl and Netsprint.pl – for the defined key words. The position history can be traced in the Customer’s panel and big sudden deviations result in an alert message sending.
Contents The system is able to relieve the customer of a strenuous every day task of reviewing the competition web sites. If any change of contents takes place on the web page under observation, siteMONITOR sends an immediate notification about it.
